Spokane Health & Fitness Expo
We would like to invite you to come and visit us at the Spokane Health & Expo event this weekend (January 5 and 6) at the Spokane County Fair and Expo Center. First the basics – it starts on the 5th at 10:00 am and is $8 at the door ($6 if you buy early from their site, see link below). Be prepared and come dressed to work-out because your admission fee covers all the classes offered at the main stage including yoga, Zumba, bootcamp and more. There will also be vendors, speakers, and chances to participate in Ninja Warrior obstacles, a climbing wall, and aerial skills (to name a few).
