Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel 72 hours prior to their arrival date to receive a refund. Customers that cancel after the 72 hour period will not be refunded. If weather or waves are unfavorable and the vendor calls off the rental, the rental may be rescheduled for a later time/date or a full refund will be issued. No-shows will not be refunded.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It is hard to fail when enhancing a day on the Spokane River! But in addition to a great location, the staff was friendly, low key, and quick! The equipment was in good condition and the online reservation process was simple. The location was not crowded and the shoreline was very clean. Bathrooms, water fountain, chairs, picnic tables, swimming area. Made a great day!!
