We would like to invite you to come and visit us at the Spokane Health & Expo event this weekend (January 5 and 6) at the Spokane County Fair and Expo Center. First the basics – it starts on the 5th at 10:00 am and is $8 at the door ($6 if you buy early from their site, see link below). Be prepared and come dressed to work-out because your admission fee covers all the classes offered at the main stage including yoga, Zumba, bootcamp and more.
